When importing a TB into CCH with a .csv file you will need the following information in these columns of the file:


  • Column A:    Nominal code from accounting system (Xero, QB, Caseware etc)
  • Column B:    Description of nominal
  • Column C:    Current Year Values
  • Column D:    Prior Year Values
  • Column E:     Prior Prior Year Values

        and more columns continuing on into PPPY/ PPPPY etc years.


Ensure that negative figures in columns C onwards are not represented by brackets "()", as these are not recognised by CCH. Instead use the hyphen "-" to communicate negative values.
