If the signatory for the set of accounts has changed from one year to another, do the following:


  1. Enter the accounts of the client who has changed signatories;
  2. On the bottom-left hand side of your screen, select the section named Officers.
  3. Here you will find a table on the right of the screen. One of the headers in the table is labelled Signatories. Check and uncheck these boxes on the basis of which director/partner is signing which parts of the accounts.
