If there are differences on the Statement of Changes in Equity this is most likely due to incorrect coding on CCH in the prior year.
Open prior year TS Accounts and agree these to the prior year accounts on CCH.
In the first year code the following:
Retained earnings code to 5100 – transfer to reserves
Share capital code to 9502 - Ordinary Shares Capital Class 1 cash issue
Statutory Database > All > General > General Information > tick first year > Apply
Final check - double click into the SOCIE within Financial Statements > Draft > check error message at the bottom of screen for any differences (this sometimes get hidden) - If only £1 or £2 difference you can journal these to sundry (check with manager first)
