When reviewing the Financial Statements and you notice the formatting isn't correct such as an accounting policy is split over 2 pages rather than one you will need to insert a page break.


Financial Statements > Accounting Policies > Draft


**Column A shows print - items which will appear in the accounts and rs - items which are hidden/removed from the accounts**


  1. Scroll down until you find the heading of the note you wish to move onto the next page
  2. Right click on the row number, select page break - it will show with a small tick if your right click again
  3. Similarly if you wish to remove a page break you will need to identify the note which the page break has been added, right click on the row number and click on page break to deselect it.
  4. To check you are happy with the formatting before saving select preview
