When preparing the Financial Statements you must check that the following information agrees to Companies house.
Address - agrees to Companies House Registered Office Address (Overview)
Directors - select current officers and input to CCH as noted on Companies House (People) input appointment and resignation date also
Within the Officers section under Financial Reporting you can amend the name of the Director if this needs to be amended
E.g if on Companies house the Director was called John Smith but on the prior year accounts it was J Smith you can amend this in the officer section within the Override box.
