How can I prevent my tax return hanging, freezing or crashing when trying to generate the IR Mark?  Sometimes I am getting a synchronisation error when generating the IR mark.

Please follow the steps below:
 

  • Close the online filing screen.  
  • Open the first data entry screen in the list with data in it and click on the 'Save & Next' button. 
  • Do this for each screen that appears until all screens have been saved.
Note - the Save & Next sometimes stops at the Tax Return Disclosure Notes screen, please ensure any screens further down the list also get saved.

The return should now validate successfully.
