How can I prevent my tax return hanging, freezing or crashing when trying to generate the IR Mark? Sometimes I am getting a synchronisation error when generating the IR mark.

Please follow the steps below:
- Close the online filing screen.
- Open the first data entry screen in the list with data in it and click on the 'Save & Next' button.
- Do this for each screen that appears until all screens have been saved.
The return should now validate successfully.
